Access and accounts
How do I get access to Avyn?
Avyn is in private preview. Request access from the main site and the team will be in touch to set your fund up.
Can I invite colleagues myself?
Yes. Workspace admins can invite anyone on your fund's domain. Each colleague who connects their email makes the relationship graph more useful for everyone.
What happens when someone leaves the firm?
An admin can remove their access at any time. The relationships they contributed stay with the firm, which is the point of holding the graph at fund level rather than per person.
Your data
Is my pipeline visible to anyone outside my fund?
No. Every record is scoped to your fund. Nothing you add, score or track is visible to another customer.
What does Avyn read from my inbox?
Enough to understand who you have a relationship with and how recently you spoke. You can disconnect the mailbox at any time.
Integrations
Which CRMs does Avyn work with?
Avyn keeps your existing system of record in step rather than replacing it. Ask the team which integrations are live for your setup.
Will Avyn write to my CRM without asking?
Writeback is off until an admin turns it on, and it is introduced gradually so you can see what it does before it runs at full scale.
Scoring
Why did a company score differently against two theses?
A score is relative to the thesis it was matched to. Comparing scores across different theses is not meaningful.
Can I correct a score I disagree with?
Yes, and you should. Correcting a tier trains the classifier for your fund, and it only promotes a new version when it beats the previous one on a held-out test.
Data, access and privacy
- Tenant isolation. Every record is scoped to your fund. Nothing you add, score or track is visible to another customer.
- Mailbox access. Avyn reads enough of your mail and calendar to understand who you have a relationship with and how recently you spoke. You can disconnect a mailbox at any time from account settings.
- Leavers. An administrator can remove a person's access at any time. Relationships they contributed remain with the firm, which is why the graph is held at fund level rather than per person.
- CRM writeback. Disabled until an administrator turns it on, and introduced gradually so you can observe a read-only sync first.
- Terms and privacy. The current Terms of Service and Privacy Policy are published at Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
