Are Avyn’s AI employees people?
No. Andrew, Clara, Freya and Marcus are AI employees, and their portraits are synthetic. Each one does a defined job for your team. Your team reviews the work and makes every decision.
Does Avyn replace our CRM?
Avyn works alongside supported CRMs, bringing company research and relationship context into the work around them. The fields, notes and updates available depend on your integration and mappings. We’ll discuss your existing setup in the walkthrough.
How does Avyn assess fit?
Assessments use your firm’s criteria and supporting company evidence. Your team can correct an assessment. Proposed changes to scoring instructions are tested separately and reviewed before adoption, so one correction does not automatically change future scores.
What happens after requesting access?
We look up your email and, where we can, read a little about your firm before the first conversation. Existing customers continue straight to their app. New visitors can arrange a walkthrough or leave their details to request access.
